Lifestyle 360


Consistency, determination, moderation, goals and a lot of sweat and tears as changed my lifestyle.
Like most looking to loose weight, you want to look in the mirror and feel good and confident at the person staring back at you. Two years ago I was not confident nor content with the image I saw in the mirror. I wanted a change not just for a while but for a lifetime. I wanted something more than a trip to the gym to see what machines I could dare myself to try that day, I wanted the knowledge to transform my body and obtain the confidence I saw in others around me.

Supplements that have helped my journey thus far
1. Whey protein isolate
2. No extreme (pre-workout)
3. CLA oil
4. Fish oil
5. Glutamine


There is a lot I want to work towards, my progression is definitely not over...I could even say it's just began.


6 things to help rid belly fat!
1. Nutrition is KEY! (eat clean)
2. 30+ mins of Cardio is a must to rid fat at the waistline
3. abdominal work is a must (crunches, circuits ANYTHING that works your core)
4. switch from refined grains to WHOLE grains
5. Eat healthy fats
6. Drink plenty of water (a gallon a day keeps the doctor away ;))
