My take home...
1. Nutrient consumption vs Calorie consumption
2. Sugar is an addiction, ya you read that right ADDICTION
3. Artificial flavorings make you hungrier!
4. Foods that have a long shelf life are not REAL foods
5. Lets get back to the basics/eat what your grandma use to eat
6. The stats on sugar consumption now vs 10 years ago is CRAZY!
